Deposit to secure booking

Until a deposit is made and processed, client's booking is not secure and may become unavailable. Once a deposit has been made and received the date agreed upon is locked in place.

Rescheduling

In the event of rescheduling, I will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate client’s change. If I am not able to accommodate client’s change despite using commercially reasonable efforts, rescheduling will be deemed as cancellation by client and I will be under no obligation to perform the services other than on the original date of the services.

No Refund

Cancellation by client will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of cancellation by client but out of good will, a credit note will be made to go towards a future photoshoot.
